Private Training

Our situational training program is available for any-age dogs and can be tailored to the needs of the family. Sessions are conducted at the Enchanted Ranch or at your home for an additional charge.

Situational Training may be right for you and your pup if you need help with reactivity, most behavioral issues such as leash reactivity and separation anxiety, as well as other basic household manners such as jumping, door greetings, and biting.

This program is $85 for one 1-hour session or $500 for five 1-hour sessions. Single sessions hosted at your home are $100 for a 1-hour session. For multiple sessions, payment must be made upfront. If paying for multiple sessions, sessions will be conducted once per week.

Did you just add a new puppy to your family? Do you want more one-on-one time than our group puppy class can offer? This might be the right choice for you!

Our Private Puppy Class comes in a single 1-hour session, or a five 1-hour session package. During these sessions, we will teach puppy management and basic manners. Some of the cues covered include sit, stay, down, leave it, come, targeting, and look. We can also help teach crate training, potty training, and will help to socialize your puppy!

Special Perks:

Our “Before You Get Your Puppy” Consult! This 1-hour session can be booked separately from the private puppy class for $85, or alongside the 5-session package for an additional $85 (if you chose the latter option, we recommend scheduling this before your first session). Alternatively, you can “swap” one session in the 5-session package for the consult at no extra cost. Please note: we highly recommend that the consult be conducted in your home.

Our Ready, Set, Groom! 1-session “swap.” This session is intended to help ensure that your puppy has a stress-free grooming experience. For more information on what this session entails, please visit our Ready, Set, Groom! page. You can swap one session in the 5-session Private Puppy Class package for no extra cost. Please note: this session will be conducted at the Enchanted Ranch.

Are you interested in one-on-one training to teach your dog how to swim, dive, or for specific exercise needs?

At the Enchanted Ranch, we can introduce your dog to the water and teach them how to swim! We can work on a number of skills, such as an initial introduction to the water, getting into the pool, how to start swimming, how to put their heads underwater, and how to dive to the bottom of the pool.

Swimming lessons are $95 per 1-hour session, and include the trainer taking pictures of your pup! You may bring up to two dogs for a swimming lesson, but please be aware that this decreases the amount of time we are able to dedicate to each individual dog.

Please note:

Some dogs only require one session to learn how to swim, while others may take longer! We use positive reinforcement only, and will only go as fast as your dog is comfortable with.

While our pool is heated, swimming lessons may only be booked during the warmer months (between spring break and November), although these dates may be subject to change based on the weather.
